Q: When will I be charged? 

A: If this is your first order, you will be charged right away. Every month after that you will be charged on the 1st of the month. If we are sold out for the month you will be charged right away for the next month's box but will not be charged again until the following month. Example: if you sign up in January and we are sold out you will be charged immediately for February's box and will not be charged again until March 1st.

Q: When will my box ship?

A: Boxes ship towards the end of the month.

Q: Do you Ship internationally? 

A: We currently ship to the US and Canada. If we ship to you in Canada you will be responsible for all Duties and Taxes.

 

Q: Will I know what is in my box before it ships?

A: Most months no you will not. We use the "surprise box" business model. However some months we may announce a single product or product brand we are working with before we ship that month's boxes.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: First of all, we are sorry to see you go. If you need to cancel your subscription follow this link to manage your subscriptions, or there is a link in the top menu. Subscriptions should be canceled before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged. 

Q: Are all the boxes the same every month?

A: Each month the products change as do the values, but the value will always meet or exceed their minimum value.

Q: Does everyone get the same box?

A: Yes, if you subscribed to the Overlander box than everyone else who also subscribes to the Overlander box got the same items that you did.
