Return Policy
Due to the nature of the business, we have a NO REFUND policy. If you would like to cancel a subscription please do so before the renewal date. After the renewal date, we have no obligation to refund the charge.
Damaged Item
If you believe you have received a damaged item in your box. Please contact us using the form below or at customercare@getlostbox.com and one of our representatives will be with you shortly. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to the opportunity to get you, a non-damaged item.
*You must report the damaged item within 3 business days of receiving your box. After 3 days Get Lost has no obligation to respond to your request.
