Due to the nature of the business, we have a NO REFUND policy. If you would like to cancel a subscription please do so before the renewal date. After the renewal date, we have no obligation to refund the charge.
Damaged Item
If you believe you have received a damaged item in your box. Please contact us using the form below or at and one of our representatives will be with you shortly. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to the opportunity to get you, a non-damaged item.
*You must report the damaged item within 3 business days of receiving your box. After 3 days Get Lost has no obligation to respond to your request.
